1. 	Upload the entire folder named addicted_live_search to your wp-contents/plugins folder.
		Path must be wp-contents/plugins/addicted_live_search/ or it won't work.
2. 	Login to your wordpress administration area and activate the plugin.

If you have other plugins which use prototype, you may want to disable them or edit them to not include prototype.

If you have issues, try disabling other plugins one at a time until the search results work.

Some have noted issues of this plugin not returning results when they have permalinks turned off. I haven't had a chance to figure out why.
